Support service (NOC)

DTEL-IX provides to its Members technical support service on a 24/7 basis.

Support Service (NOC) carries out round-the-clock monitoring of connection status of Members and troubleshooting. Response time for Member's trouble notifications and Service restore time is established in the contract (SLA).

Also, DTEL-IX provides "remote hands" Service for Members who installed their equipment at DTEL-IX's premises. DTEL-IX's technical staff is able to perform basic actions with installed equipment in accordance with the Member's instructions.

If Member needs to install equipment at DTEL-IX's premises, DTEL-IX's staff is able to install Member's equipment, perform basic settings and establish required connections in accordance with Member's technical requirements.
